In KS1 and KS2, we continue to provide a stimulating, encouraging environment in which every child is valued as an individual who has their own personality, needs and aspirations. We aim to infuse an enthusiasm for knowledge, which will support and enhance the pupils’ learning and curiosity as they progress through the school.

Outstanding teaching from creative, supportive and dedicated staff ensure lessons are engaging, interactive and challenging and build on our children’s natural curiosity to learn. The children are challenged, knowledge is extended, and each child achieves excellent progress.

Learning does not just occur within the classroom, and we use learning beyond the classroom to add depth and breadth to children’s experiences. We take advantage of the exceptional facilities we have on site, including a purpose-built theatre, all weather, floodlit netball court, creative lab, music room and an outdoor classroom with fruit trees and a herb garden. We are also a stone’s throw from Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and of course, all the extensive educational offerings that London itself offers.

Alongside our school values of being kind, honest and being the best we can be, we encourage our children to have a joy in living and learning. We embolden them to question, tackle challenges, take risks, accept failure as part of the learning process and take a pride in their achievements. Through productions and assemblies, children are encouraged to develop the self-assurance to speak and present with confidence.
