Beyond the classroom

Our location ensures learning goes beyond our school gates.

At The Village School for Girls, education is not confined to traditional classrooms. The school’s philosophy revolves around the idea that learning happens everywhere.

By strategically utilising the school’s location, our Girls benefit from regular trips to iconic places like the Natural History Museum, where they engage in hands-on learning experiences. These excursions transcend the ordinary and become an integral part of the curriculum, offering students a real-world perspective that goes beyond textbooks.

We are so fortunate to be located where we are, with all the amazing historical and cultural sites in and around London to be able to take full advantage of plus our local green space where we spend a lot of time – Hampstead Heath. Our location and our focus on developing cultural as well as academic intelligence means a Village School education is a truly global one.
