Educational Visits

Our programme of trips, talks and workshops not only introduces the girls to new ideas, opportunities and experiences, but also builds resilience, courage and teamwork skills.

Each year group participates in at least two planned visits per term that are related to their curriculum or topic. We invite specialists in for workshops or take advantage of the many exciting exhibitions, galleries and museums on our doorstep in London, travelling by public transport where possible.

We have welcomed the Royal Institute of Science, Explorer Dome, First Aid Friends and La Ola Spanish Ltd to lead whole school workshops in the past few years.

Trips further afield to attractions in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Windsor and Oxfordshire, and include visits to Mountfitchet Castle, Bletchley Park and the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre.

IIIrd Form girls also enjoy a summer residential experience and particularly enjoyed their water sports camp in Cowes last summer.
